Singer Lisa visited the chef of Jay Fai restaurant in Bangkok to congratulate her on receiving her seventh consecutive Michelin star.
The meeting between Lalisa Manobal (nicknamed Lisa) and Supinya Junsuta (nicknamed Jay Fai), who are two influential figures in Thai soft power, took place at the famous street food restaurant Jay Fai.
Thai K-Pop singer and dancer Lisa was accompanied by her mother and members of her team.
Executives from the South Korean food company Nongshim and the wife and daughter of Samsung's chairman also joined their table.
Lisa's presence was not only a celebratory gesture, it was also an opportunity to savor some of the restaurant's signature dishes.
As a thank you, Supinya Junsuta presented Lisa with an elegant box containing a special edition of Jay Fai instant noodles.
In fact, the restaurant has partnered with the famous Korean brand Shin Ramyun to introduce new flavors such as “Tom Yum” and “Tom Yum Dry” to the Thai market.

During this visit, Lisa enjoyed the famous crab omelet and various seafood dishes renowned for their exceptional textures and flavors.
Jay Fai Restaurant, located in Bangkok's Pratu Phee district, is a Michelin-starred street food restaurant.

The chef-owner cooks over a small charcoal stove in an open kitchen, showcasing culinary skills passed down through generations, with roots dating back to her father 70 years ago.
Signature dishes like crab omelet, stir-fried crab curry, and dry congee are testament to the restaurant's legendary status in the culinary world.
Following Lisa's visit, Jay Fai shared photos of the meeting on Instagram, writing:
