Thai and Danish beauty crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2023

Anntonia Porsild, 26, who represented Nakhon Ratchasima province, was crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2023 on Sunday, August 20.

She will now represent Thailand in the Miss Universe beauty pageant to be held in El Salvador at the end of the year.

Anntonia holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Stamford International University.

The new Miss Universe Thailand was born in New Delhi to a Danish father, Morten Porsild, and a Thai mother, Tanradee (Nee) Porsild.

Anntonia has lived in several countries: India, Denmark, Spain, Thailand and Vietnam.

She rose to prominence by participating in the first season of the popular TV show "The Face Thailand", entering the top 15 and becoming a member of Ploy Chermarn's team on the TV show.

In 2019, she participated in the Miss Supranational Thailand 2019 beauty pageant and won the title, becoming Thailand's representative in the Miss Supranational 2019 international pageant, she is the first Thai woman to win this title.

Her victory in the Miss Supranational 2019 competition brought her international fame, and she has since used her platform to engage in various charitable and social causes.

She has also appeared in several Thai TV shows.

Her involvement in the entertainment and modeling industry has made her a prominent figure in Thai pop culture.

Thai Miss Universes are often Eurasian.
