Rescuers have found the body of a person missing after the August 23 mudslides in Phuket, southern Thailand.

The death toll now stands at 13, but the search continues.

The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation announced that among the victims missing since Friday, August 23, are two Russians, two Thais and nine nationals from Myanmar.
Autopsies are underway to confirm their identities.
Meanwhile, Deputy Home Minister Chada Thaiseth visited Phuket province to offer support to officials and landslide victims.
He distributed bags of supplies at Wat Kittisangkharam temple.
He asked relevant agencies to investigate the causes of the incident and expedite assistance to those affected by the landslides.
