This is very likely a case of suicide, as the man was alone in his hotel room when he jumped…

It would nevertheless be necessary for the police to investigate the origin of the heated phone call he exchanged with an apparently unidentified person and to find that person so that they can be heard and explain their relationship with the victim.

The cause-and-effect relationship of his action is certainly directly linked to this call.

I would say rather a lack of police and judicial training in investigative procedures and chronic police incompetence.

One only has to observe the pollution during the collection of evidence and the initial findings at a crime scene, and the way in which physical evidence is gathered and collected, to realize this incompetence and lack of professionalism in a police force whose members "buy" their commitment and their uniform…

As for their professional training, I'd love to be a fly on the wall to sit among a class at their Police Academy and School…

If it's anything like getting a driver's license, nothing should surprise us anymore!

Another one probably fleeced by a prostitute, or swindled and lost everything.
