A German influencer followed by millions of subscribers was bitten by a monkey during a visit to Krabi, in southern Thailand.
Julia Willecke, known as » Julia Beautx on Instagram (followed by more than 4 million subscribers), recounted a frightening monkey attack during her recent vacation in Thailand.
In an episode on January 30 of Willecke's podcast, Die Nervigen, which she co-hosts with Josef Buchholz, the 26-year-old content creator detailed her solo trip to Krabi, where she had a tumultuous encounter with local wildlife.

Julia recounted that she was walking on a coastal trail known for its monkeys when “the cutest little monkey rushed towards me and climbed up to my head.”.
This moment was immortalized in a video that she later shared on Instagram.
But this adorable moment took a frightening turn, the influencer continued, when "suddenly, four other large monkeys rushed towards me".
“One of the monkeys climbed on me, sat on my shoulder and started fighting with the little monkey that was on me,” she recalls.
"Another monkey clung to my thigh."
And the most terrifying, » this old large monkey grabbed my calf, clung to it with all its might and bit me violently, without warning.
He clamped his jaw on my leg and I really couldn't do anything. »
Hospitalization and treatment after the bite
After the first bite, Julia wasn't too worried, but when the wound started to change color - "as if someone had given me a huge hickey, but meaner," she explains - she "completely panicked".
She rushed to the hospital, where she received a vaccine and antibiotics, before being allowed to return home half an hour later.
The content creator indicated that she was prescribed antibiotics to take after being discharged from the hospital, but that she had not suffered any lasting injury.
In Thailand, health authorities recommend seeking medical attention quickly in case of a monkey bite, due to the risk of infection and disease transmission.
Visitors are also advised to avoid any contact with wildlife in tourist areas.

And on February 10, she changed the mood by posting pictures of herself wrapped up in snowy Finland
