Adopted on September 28, 1917 by decree of King Rama VI, the Thai flag features three colors in five horizontal bands (its Thai name is ธงไตรรงค์, Thong Trairong, meaning tricolor):

The flag of the King of Thailand, HM Rama X or Maha Vajiralongkorn , who ascended the throne on December 1, 2016.

How can I get these flags?

For the Thai flag I put an Amazon link below otherwise for the others you should be able to find them on Ebay.
