One of the rules for writing Thai is to always start with the loop if there is one.
Thai Vowels and Their Meanings
In the image below, Thai vowels are in red, as most of them cannot be written without consonants , they are represented with a silent consonant : the o aang "อ" , in black.
See: Learning to write the Thai alphabet: consonants
The last vowels in the list are vowels that do not need a consonant and are therefore written in black without red color.
Please note: in the table below, long vowels are indicated in the part between brackets (phonetics) followed by a colon (:).
a = a and a: = aa
If you print the table you can add an extra letter yourself, for example for the first line it should read:
has ; has ; aa; i ; ii; had ; euu
In Thai, vowel is sala and when we recite vowels, we say:
Sala a ; sala a ; sala aa ; sala i ; sala ii …

How to write HARMONY?
Too bad there is no advice on how to pronounce Thai vowels.
Phonetic transcription is only useful for those who know it...
Some vowels are close to French, it should be mentioned, as well as the position of the lips for vowels which do not exist in French...
